WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of ALL items in that order.

Customers can request extra shipping fee to ship any existing items before waiting for all pre-order items.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product and Sports Card Products will incur a 10% processing fee for the cancelled items.

HAS THIS RELEASED/ARRIVED YET?

A Product has been released once the "Pre-Order" text in its name has been removed. Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in regards to publishing, distribution and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

At present, our grading service is exclusively offered in person. We submit items directly to PSA at their TCG BULK rate, with a declared value of 199 USD. It's important to note that any item surpassing this value may incur an additional charge by PSA, which is not encompassed within our base price of 33 CAD plus applicable taxes
