Refund Policy We reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason. All order cancellations and returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed product, or Sports products.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations and Returns All order cancellations and returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Pre-order cancellations may also be subject to additional fees based on supplier policies.

Ticket Purchases All ticket purchases are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. After this time, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
